A great party is mostly about the planning you do a few weeks out. Once the date, the guest list and the food are sorted, the day itself can be about the birthday child and their friends.
Start with the date
Popular weekend times go first, so pick a couple of dates that work for your family and check availability early. If most guests are from school or kindy, avoid long weekends and the first days of the school holidays.
Keep the guest list realistic
A good rule of thumb is to invite the number of guests your chosen package covers, plus a few extra in case of late additions. Ask parents to RSVP a week ahead so the team can prepare food and seating.
Plan the flow of the day
- Arrival and a quick hello while everyone arrives
- Free play so the kids can burn off energy
- Food and the cake once they are ready for a break
- More play before pick-up
Our team can talk you through the party packages and what each one includes, so you only need to bring the birthday child and the excitement.
